Our Story
Take a bunch of love and a good measure of food, music and Gin. Add some ice and stir. That’s how Sawmill Gin came to life. We’re all about loving life and the good things it has to offer, especially Gin. So when the opportunity arose to purchase a vineyard we quickly realised we knew nothing at all about making wine. So we turned our creativity to Gin making instead with a view to create traditional styled craft batches.
Our Distillery
Located in Sevenhill, South Australia, just South of Clare township, we set out to produce the Clare Valley’s most enjoyable gin. Our Multi-Award Winning Gins are deliberately traditional and thoughtfully crafted right here in our vineyard, each small batch is authentic produced using London Dry Style methods. Born on the banks of the Murray River, raised among the vines of Sevenhill.

Our Food
Chef Sophie has carefully selected a range of Share Plates and Tapas that showcase our Gin drawing on over 30 years of international experience. Available with our Gin Tasting Experience or as a larger serve for those wanting more. Catering packages are also available including grazing tables, canapés and dining.
