Our Story
Take a bunch of love and a good measure of food, music and Gin. Add some ice and stir. That’s how Sawmill Gin came to life. We’re all about loving life and the good things it has to offer, especially Gin. So when the opportunity arose to purchase a vineyard we quickly realised we knew nothing at all about making wine. So we turned our creativity to Gin making instead with a view to create traditional styled craft batches.
Our Distillery
Located in Sevenhill SA, we set out to produce Clare Valley’s most enjoyable Gin. Deliberately traditional, crafted right here in our vineyard.
Small batch authentic Gin. Born on the banks of the Murray River, raised in Seven Hill.
